At Convergent HRS, we have worked with clients ranging from critical access hospitals to ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) to surgical specialty hospitals to large tertiary care facilities. We’ve functioned as experts in projects ranging from Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality grants to Institute for Healthcare Improvement based performance improvement projects.  We’ve directed significant service line redesigns throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Many of our projects target reducing Never Events and clients include: large proprietary hospital corporations, several large ambulatory surgery providers, professional organizations for physicians and nurses, community hospitals and large academic medical centers.  Other clients include medical malpractice insurers and medical device manufacturers who  want their clients to have every capability possible to optimize outcomes while simultaneously reducing the potential for risk.  Long term acute care facilities, inpatient rehabilitation facilities and individual clinics have sought our expertise in developing high reliability solutions for their unique challenges.
