The Convergent HRS, LLC program includes these important steps:
- Identifying and targeting the needs – based on existing data or new information from Convergent HRS HRO survey tools
- Comprehensive up-front planning to cover all the important bases for a successful program
- Establishing organizational readiness to insure that all of the key constituents are on board with the program
- Instructor and web based training for basic introductory materials or more advanced and process related training to support the focused implementation plans
- Identification of specific opportunities for improvement
- Implementation activities that drive continuous improvement in the targeted processes
- Training in the development and use of supporting tools to focus and facilitate the implementation/improvement process
- Development and support of metrics and controls to effectively assess progress and sustain the gains.
